Stephen Leclerc is a Certified Christian and Youth Mental Health Coach with over two decades of leadership in community development and youth mentorship. As President & COO of PRELEG Inc. since 2005, and Director of Outreach and Community Development at The 100, he is deeply involved in initiatives that uplift communities.

A dedicated missionary since 2021 with GWP, Thirst Missions, and Life Renewal Center/Orphanage in Honduras, Stephen’s global work reflects his commitment to service. His previous roles include Executive Director of the Community Development Corporation and various leadership positions in youth programs and educational institutions, demonstrating his passion for mental health and community empowerment.
